I started Brookline Concrete Services after spending years working for other concrete contractors. I learned what works and what doesn’t. I saw shortcuts that saved time but cost customers money down the road. I watched quality work get rushed to meet unrealistic deadlines.
When I launched this company, I made a decision: we’d do concrete work the right way, even when nobody’s watching. That means proper base preparation. Adequate curing time. Correct reinforcement. Quality materials. The stuff that happens below grade or during those first critical days after pouring—that’s where concrete projects succeed or fail.
Our growth came from referrals. Satisfied customers told their neighbors. Those neighbors hired us and told their friends. We never had a huge marketing budget. We just focused on delivering work that people wanted to recommend. That’s still our strategy today.
