Locally owned & operated; serving Brookline, MA, and the surrounding areas. Brookline Concrete Services has been providing quality concrete since 2008, building a reputation one driveway at a time, one patio at a time, one foundation at a time.
Not the largest concrete company in Massachusetts. Not looking to be. A group of skilled concrete professionals, showing up on time, doing it right, delivering long-lasting results. This philosophy has helped us stay busy for over 15 years.
Brookline Concrete Services was born out of frustration. I spent years working for other companies, learning what worked well and what didn’t. I realized that while some of these other companies were cutting corners to save time and make more money, it ultimately hurt their customers in the long run. I also witnessed top-notch work being done as quickly as possible, just to meet an unrealistic deadline.
When I began my own company, I made the choice to build quality into every job — regardless of who is paying attention. That includes providing adequate foundation preparation, allowing the necessary amount of cure time before placing additional finishes, using correct reinforcement, and using quality products. It is the foundation (literally) or the first few days of a project that will determine if a project is successful or a failure.
Word-of-mouth has been the primary driver of our success. Our customers have referred their neighbors, and they have referred their friends. We have never had a large marketing budget. We simply focused on producing quality work that people would want to refer others to. This philosophy remains our focus to this day.
We are here to deliver trusted concrete services to Brookline Property Owners. Our goal is simple: pour the best concrete possible so that it works exactly as intended, lasts as long as expected, and looks like what you want it to look like.
How do we get there?
We are not changing the world with concrete or developing new techniques. We simply do the basics better than others.
Integrity: We are truthful in all of our commitments — we provide accurate quotes, realistic time lines, and quality work that meets our client’s expectations.
Quality: We will not cut corners when it comes to materials and/or methods used in construction. While using a shortcut may be less expensive now, it is likely to be more costly later. We construct for the long haul.
Safety: We keep all job sites safe, we protect our employees, and respect your property. No one should be injured while working on our project.
Respect: Your home and property will be treated as if they were ours. We will leave no mess behind us. We will try to limit the disruption to your daily routine as much as possible.
Continuous Improvement: We continue to learn about the best methods and materials currently available through ongoing education and training. The concrete industry changes, so will we.

Environmental responsibility means a great deal to us:
Using Local Suppliers: All of the concrete we use for our projects, as well as all of the other materials we require, are sourced locally, which reduces transportation emissions and allows us to support our local economy.
Reducing Waste: Before starting each project, we work with the client to determine exactly how much concrete will be needed so there is little to no excess concrete to dispose of or to recycle (which we prefer).
Efficient Water Use: When we mix the concrete, we are efficient in the amount of water used. In addition, when we have finished placing the concrete, we utilize proper methods to prevent erosion at the site where it was placed.
Maintaining Equipment: If the equipment we operate is properly maintained, it will run cleaner and will also consume less fuel. As a result, this reduces emissions and results in reduced costs associated with the operation of the equipment.
Building Long-Lasting Work: The most environmentally friendly concrete is the kind that does not require replacement. For this reason, we strive to create long-lasting structures and therefore, reduce the negative impacts of repeated construction/repair/installation.
